Care Information Exchange

The Care Information Exchange (CIE) programme in North West London offers patients, service users, and clinicians the ability to share health and care records across organisational boundaries and provides patients with the ability to access and update their own care record. The system supports self-management and patient engagement, new models of care, and the transformation goals of the North West London Health and Care Partnership. The service is currently used by Imperial College Healthcare, Hillingdon and West Middlesex hospitals.
